because they annoy us very much.
the inventor of pop-ups needs to be hospitalised every month of his life. he needs to suffer for that!!!

as you know the steriotypical russian
*drinks wodka
*beat up his wife (i said stereotypical)
*can take lots of bullets without feeling pain (thanks wodka)
*does not give a **** about anything

so that means that the stereotypical russian is very ******* cool (also they have the best accents).
